The Town of Mountain View offers a variety of convenient payment options for our residents. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please have your payment to City Hall before the 15th of the month.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. This service is for Shamrock Bank ONLY! Our autodrafts are processed on the 10th of every month and if that date falls on a weekend, the payments will be processed the following Monday. You can stop by City Hall to fill out the proper paperwork.

NOW ACCEPTING CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, credit/debit card, cashier check and money orders. You can expect your bill to arrive at the beginning of the month, with payment due by the 15th. Late fees are assessed on the 16th and if left unpaid, potential cutoff of service after the 20th of the month.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay-
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. The Town of Mountain View has partnered with NexBillPay to offer this convenient service. If you choose to use this method, a small fee will be passed on to the customer. The fees are figured on the total amount of the bill. They are as follows:
$0.01 - $150.00 $1.50
$150.01 - $500.00 $2.75
$500.01 - $5,000.00 2.75%
$0.01 - $5,000.00 $1.50 E-Check
